      RULES OF THE RING

The two corners render pages all day: every .ai page lands on the left, every .si page on the right, the moment our capture of it exists. Each one is judged on arrival — a page that is really built, a name that is listed for sale, a name that actually sold, a parked lander, a dead door — and the corner's counters move. Built, thin and sold pages score and land a hit on the other corner (a page, however thin, beats a sale lander); when a corner's bar is empty the round is over, and the rounds are the fight.

      • SOLD +5 — a reported sale, with the price
      • BUILT +3 — a real page with real content
      • THIN +2 — a page answered, but there is little on it
      • FOR SALE +1 — listed, priced, a sale lander, or a for-sale record
      • PARKED 0 — a registrar lander, nothing of anyone's
      • DEAD 0 — no page answers

Screenshots are our own captures of each page on a phone-sized screen; verdicts read the page, its nameservers, marketplace listings and public sale reports. Every effect on this page is drawn and sounded by the page itself, so a recording of the ring is the ring. The one-word duels live in the Duel.
